IT Companies in Cyberpark Calicut: A 2026 Guide

Ask anyone in Kerala tech where the Malabar region's software industry lives, and the answer is Cyberpark Kozhikode — better known outside the state as Cyberpark Calicut. This guide covers what the park is, which companies work there, and why it has become the anchor of Calicut's IT ecosystem. We write this one first-hand: Bpract's own office is inside the park.
Cyberpark Calicut (Kozhikode) hosts more than 85 IT companies with over 2,200 professionals, at 100% occupancy. Tenants include Bpract Software Solutions, Aufait Technologies, Pixbit Solutions, Gritstone Technologies, Lilac Infotech, Mozilor Technologies, Codilar Technologies, FantaCode, Zinfog Codelabs, and Techoriz Digital Solutions, among many others listed on the official Cyberpark site.
Cyberpark is a Government of Kerala business park established on 28 January 2009 to develop the IT and ITES industry in north Kerala. It operates as an IT Special Economic Zone (SEZ), governed as an autonomous society. Its flagship Sahya building — around 300,000 sq ft across a double basement, ground floor, and four upper floors — was inaugurated on 29 May 2017 on a 45-acre campus at Nellikkode, Kozhikode.
The park reached 100% occupancy in 2023–24, houses 85+ companies employing about 2,200 people, and recorded software exports of roughly ₹130 crore in 2024–25. Companies lease plug-and-play Smart Business Centres, warm shell floors, or land parcels for their own campuses.
The tenant mix spans the whole modern software stack:

Three reasons come up in almost every conversation at the park:
Bpract Software Solutions works from Unit 1A on the fourth floor of the Sahya building, inside the SEZ campus. From there our teams design, build, test, and maintain software for clients worldwide — and run Bpract Academy, our software training programme, drawing on the same engineers. Yes. Cyberpark Kozhikode operates as an IT Special Economic Zone under a Government of Kerala initiative. Its main Sahya building offers about 300,000 sq ft of space, and SEZ status gives exporting IT companies duty and tax benefits.
Cyberpark Kozhikode has grown from a 2009 government initiative into a fully occupied SEZ campus anchoring north Kerala's software industry. For businesses looking for a development partner, the park is a practical shortlist: 85+ companies within one building, covering everything from custom software to e-commerce and mobile — including, on the fourth floor, us.
