Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop strategies for business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
Be adaptable to changes in the business environment and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
BDE represents the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with businesses’ products, services, Sales and Marketing in IT industry.
Manage client inquiries by phone, email, online, or in person, maintain client records, and address client complaints.
Freshers can also apply ,he should be Proficient in English.
